Behind every scholarship lies a story. It is important for our scholarship recipients to have a sense of that story and for our donors to meet our promise for the future. Uniting our donors with our recipients during our Scholarship Reception provides affirmation for both.

The foundation hosted its 2023 Scholarship Reception for donors and recipients Wednesday, May 17, 2023. REF extends congratulations to all the senior scholarship recipients pictured above with RQS Superintendent Penelope Martin-Knox and to those recipients who were unable to attend the celebration.
